North River Farms presents a collection of architectural styles, which will create a diverse and eclectic streetscape through massing and form, material and color, and detailing. The variety of styles will animate and activate the streetscape, creating a dynamic and vibrant community palette.
SUSTAIN A MULTI-GENERATIONAL COMMUNITY
An important part of planning for a wide range of housing types will be to include product types that serve multigenerational households. Homes in the Hilltop residential district could include a secondary master on the ground floor, single story living, accessory dwelling units or detached casitas. As part of the 585 homes, 60 units of affordable housing will be built either onsite or even closer to transit. North River Farms is envisioned to be a hub of activity and be inclusive to our diverse community needs and wishes.
